Dr. Pillarisetty is a Board-Certified Obstetrician-Gynecologist, a Fellow in American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is also a Board-Certified menopause practitioner by North American Menopause Society. Dr. Leela Pill did his residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center at Permian Basin, and he has been serving the community of Permian Basin since 2012. Dr. Leela Pill is a Davinci Robotic surgeon, he is trained and has been performing the minimally invasive Davinci Robotic surgeries.

Dr. Leela Pill holds privileges at Medical Center Hospital, Odessa Regional Medical Center, and Midland Memorial Hospital and has served as Chair for Midland Quality Alliance.

Dr. Leela Pill received Best Resident Achievement award by the society of Laparoendoscopic surgeons in 2016, best audience pool award 2016 at 25th Annual research day at TTUHSC, received The Central Association of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Kermit & Kranz memorial paper award at 2017.
